At Hwibidu, we follow a strict “Customer is King” policy. All our methods, strategies, and processes are focused on the building and maintenance of excellent customer relationships. Experience has taught us that every customer interaction has an impact on our continuous efforts to consistently meet and exceed expectations.
Our supervisory and management teams have to make daily contact with their assigned clients to actively verify and handle complaints, problems, bottlenecks and requests for services.
In addition, Senior Management engages with clients’ management structures at Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly meetings to ensure alignment with customer expectations and concerns.

We also regard as a key area of customer relations, the ability of our security officers to effectively interact with our clients and their stakeholders.
To broaden the nature and frequency of employee interactions with customers, continuous training and development interventions to improve customer relations are undertaken by our training and supervisory structures, both as part of On-the-Job training, induction, and classroom training sessions.
