  • Communication is maintained with all worksites, supervisory and management staff on a 24-hour basis and to coordinate the deployment of personnel and monitor, record all communication from sites.
  • 24-hour communication is maintained with all sites and with all supervisors and managers.
  • The deployment of shifts is recorded accurately and that sites are covered on the specified times.
  • All reports are recorded in accordance with our clients’ procedures and policies.
  • All client and site requirements are channelled to one central point for accurate execution of deliverables.
  • Our fleet of vehicles supporting our services is monitored 24/7/365 and our drivers and crews in contact with us around the clock.
  • Real-time support during emergencies procedures and to guide related activities of the teams on the ground.
  • To monitor Hwibidu operations throughout and ensure the productivity and safety of our teams.
